An entrepreneur by the age of 20, Kalem has led people in multiple industries. He spent 9 years leading teams for the Walt Disney Company and driving several large-scale initiatives. He currently works for a tech-startup in Kelowna BC, Canada as a Director.
Jess founded Storyline in 2017 with the singular purpose of helping leaders grow each and every day. After a 10-year adventure with The Walt Disney Company, he serves as Executive Director for a non-profit. If he isn't spending time with his family, he can be found singing, painting, dancing, watching movies, or enjoying a glass of scotch.
